- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Bangladesh.
- Delivery times vary depending on the location (usually 1-2 days inside Dhaka and 2-3 days outside Dhaka).

3. Return and Replacement Policy
We offer a flexible replacement policy for manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact our customer support via WhatsApp within 24 to 48 hours of delivery along with proof (such as an unboxing video).
